9cbaji Terms and Conditions

The following words and phrases used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the 9cbaji website (9cbaji.lat), its mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who uses the platform through a registered account.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any amount of money placed at risk on a game or event.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, cashback, or reward provided by the platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the specified multiplier of bonus funds that must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• "Fair Play" refers to the conduct of all games and betting in a fair, transparent, and manipulation-free manner.

2.1 Age Requirement

Only persons aged 21 or above may open an account at 9cbaji. Users must provide their correct date of birth at the time of registration. We may request identity documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may open only one account. Any attempt to open multiple accounts under the same person's name will result in all accounts being closed, and all deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — including name, address, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate and complete. 9cbaji reserves the right to suspend or close an account if false or incomplete information is provided. Any changes to information must be reported to the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to the account must be reported to the 9cbaji support team immediately. 9cbaji is not liable for any loss arising from third-party use of an account.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at 9cbaji is ৳200 (two hundred taka). This minimum applies to every payment method. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes after successful verification. Withdrawals must be made to an account in the user's own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before large withdrawals or in cases of suspicious activity, 9cbaji may request a National ID (NID), mobile banking statement, or other supporting documents. Withdrawals may remain on hold if the required documents are not provided.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Depositing using another person's payment account, and any attempt at chargebacks or money laundering, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the associated account will be closed immediately and the matter may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,000 — total balance ৳2,000; depositing ৳22,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳32,000. Before withdrawing the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x).

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Funds derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn directly. No winnings arising from bonus funds are withdrawable until the wagering requirement has been met. If any active bet is cancelled before the wagering condition is fulfilled, the bonus may be forfeited.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise in a specific offer.
• Bonuses cannot be shared or transferred to another person.
• 9cbaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If a promotion is abused or an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, the account will be closed.

4.4 VIP Cashback Program

Regular members are promoted to VIP tiers based on their betting activity. There are four tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% cashback per week), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). Cashback is automatically added to the account each week and is subject to 9cbaji's discretion.

5.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. A bet is considered final from the moment the user clicks "Confirm" or an equivalent button.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a bet remains incomplete due to a server error, internet disconnection, or other technical issue, 9cbaji reserves the right to refund the relevant bet amount or void the bet. In such cases, our decision will be considered final.

5.3 Suspicious Activity

Playing using bots, automated software, or any other unfair means is strictly prohibited. If such behaviour is detected, the account will be closed and all associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.4 Game Results

All games are operated using the random number generator (RNG) technology of their respective software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft). These results are independent and 9cbaji does not interfere with game outcomes in any way.

The following conduct and activities are strictly prohibited on the 9cbaji platform:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or illegal activity.
• Operating an account using another person's personal or financial information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or the processing of criminal proceeds.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts in order to receive bonuses.
• Any activity that disrupts the normal functioning of the network or servers.
• Attempting to reverse engineer the platform's software or any part of it.
• Harassing, intimidating, or abusing other members of the platform.

For any of the prohibited activities listed above, 9cbaji reserves the right to close an account and forfeit the balance without prior notice.

9.1 Closure at the User's Request

Any member may request to close their account at any time. All withdrawable funds in the balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.2 Closure at 9cbaji's Initiative

In cases of a breach of terms, fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or any other illegal activity, 9cbaji may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. In such cases, the balance and bonuses may be forfeited.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have not been used for an extended period may be temporarily suspended. Please contact the support team to reactivate your account.

9cbaji accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Account loss due to unauthorized third-party access (where the user has not taken precautionary measures).
• Financial loss arising from bet outcomes or game results.
• Service disruption during technical errors or maintenance periods.

However, 9cbaji is always committed to returning any legitimately deposited funds to the user.
